When should I change from winter to summer tires?
As soon as the average temperature consistently rises above 7°C, it’s time to switch to summer tires. This usually happens around the end of March or early April in Quebec
How long can I keep my winter tires?
By law in Quebec, winter tires must be installed from December 1 to March 15 inclusive. However, it is advisable to keep them on as long as the temperature remains low or the roads are icy
What's the difference between a tire rotation and a tire change?
A tire change involves replacing tires from one season to the next (e.g. winter → summer).
Tire rotation involves interchanging tires already installed (front/rear or crosswise) to balance wear.
